Do you struggle with managing anxiety, burnout, procrastination, perfectionism, or imposter syndrome? Do you want to increase your confidence, focus, resilience, motivation, goal-setting, or attention? Do you have trouble discerning the trajectory of your career, negotiating conflict, working through the stages of injury and recovery, or maybe you are considering leaving a field or retiring?

If so, we offer one-on-one sessions for individuals and workshops for ensembles and teams. We provide flexible options that are client-centered and collaborative.

In-person & virtual sessions are available. If needed or appropriate, some sessions can take place on-site (whatever your stage) with other stakeholders.
